Why do users leave my website? Why not buy on my website?

The biggest design error is not in the code, whether or not it uses templates, or at the level of security, many worry about issues that remain in the background.  I have seen how some designers care not to use templates, to use friendly platforms, to incorporate a lot of information within a site, to have a nice image, but leave the user aside, the person who through a search, an ad or a reference comes to our website.

How does that prospect see our page? Do you understand? Find the services or products or the information you were looking for?

Beyond a beautiful design or programming code to use, the first thing we must take into account is our client, and think as one of them, how can we create an easy-to-navigate website that fascinates, and keeps our potential client with us . Let him attract him instead of driving him away to look elsewhere. But how do we achieve this? The first thing is to think like one of them, we can conduct neuromarketing studies, find the insight, that deep meaning of our product or service in our customers, then create an easy navigation design, without technical language, with little text but relevant information, Reliable, with good images, etc.

How do we know if all this works?

Thanks to technology we can use Neuromarketing tools to measure the usability of our website, we have the Electroencephalograms, to know what that potential client feels when browsing our website. We also have the Eye Tracking to measure how easy it is for the user to find the information. Both technologies together tell us where more valuable content is generated, which attracts the attention of the user, where a negative emotion is generated, in which part of the web it is difficult to find information, etc. This data is analyzed in order to provide feedback on our site and make the required changes.

Although it sounds complicated, it is an easy process for people who are specialized in the subject, and more complicated for a company can be to lose money on a poorly designed website and even worse to lose customers online.

Every day there are more than 3,500 million searches in the world only on Google, this tells us that being on the Internet is not only essential but that enchanting the public on the Internet is essential.
